The Litter Box is a Thrift Store benefitting the Henderson County Humane Society. All merchandise is donated and all income goes to support the Humane Society. We also donate needed items to people in need on referral from other organizations.

 

Responsibilities vary and no heavy lifting is required. Primary duties include assisting customers with purchases, sorting and pricing new donations, and setting up seasonal merchandise displays.

 

Most volunteers donate ½ day each week.  The Litter Box can also benefit from “substitute” volunteers. Volunteering here is fun and new volunteers are ALWAYS welcomed!

 

Hours are Wednesday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
