TFFC is a unique facility which showcases all the freshwater habitats in Texas. Visitors can tour 300,000 gallons of aquatic exhibits, attend a daily dive show where fish are hand fed, and can fish in an acre and a half pond using poles and bait provided by the Center.

 

We ask each volunteer to give eight (8) hours per month. They may guide tours, work in the hatchery, perform administrative tasks, design exhibits, or teach youngsters how to fish.

 

Hours are Tuesday – Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Sunday, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
