AGAPE QUILT MINISTRY

A program of First Presbyterian Church, this program provides quilts sewn by hand from fabric scraps to be given to the homeless of Henderson County. Currently, there about 15 volunteers who meet and sew year-round to create the quilts.  The program is growing and volunteers are needed. Distribution of the quilts is being coordinated through the Rebecca Project, Henderson County Homeless Ministry and the Henderson County Help Center.

Volunteers meet each Monday in the historic Cain home located adjacent to First Presbyterian Church.
