The Henderson County Historical Society owns and operates the Henderson County Historical Museum.  The museum provides an outlook into the history of the people of Henderson County. The museum is in an 1896 restored building.

 

Volunteers are needed to greet guests and lead tour groups.  Volunteers may also be requested to do simple yard maintenance, dusting, general cleaning, and light computer work. 

 

Hours are Friday – Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.    The museum is also open by appointment.
