We are a faith-based volunteer organization providing home repairs free of charge, year-round to the handicap, the indigent elderly, single mothers, grandmothers raising grandchildren, across Henderson County, Texas.  Examples of repair or modification of homes include the construction of wheelchair ramps, installing grab bars, widening bathroom entrances, fixing rotted front steps, repairing leaking roofs, holes in floors and windows, etc.  Ours is a volunteer (35+) organization except for a part-time paid administrator.   All labor is performed by the volunteers except for major electrical, plumbing or roofing repairs, for which we hire professionals.
