The Athens Chamber of Commerce is a volunteer-driven membership organization that works to support businesses in Athens by promoting Athens as a great place to live, work, and shop. The Chamber welcomes each new resident to Athens by offering free newcomer packets to individuals signing up for water services with the City of Athens.

 

Daily activities of a volunteer would include: answering phones, welcoming visitors to the Chamber, assembling information packets, and general office duties as assigned.

 

Working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
